About the Company:

An established independent insurance brokerage with a strong reputation in the High Net Worth and Private Client market. The business has experienced consistent growth across the UK and Ireland and has developed a highly successful private health division, creating significant cross-selling opportunities within an affluent client base.

With ambitious plans to expand its London presence, the firm is seeking an entrepreneurial individual who can play a key role in its next stage of growth. This is a genuine opportunity to influence strategy, build long-term value and potentially participate in future business growth through equity participation.

Role Summary:

This is a unique opportunity for a proven High Net Worth insurance producer to join a growing independent brokerage and establish a significant presence in the London area. However further regions would be considered for the right candidate.

The successful individual will bring strong relationships, a demonstrable track record of generating new business and an established network of introducers within the private client space. Whilst some opportunities will be available through existing clients and internal referrals, the primary focus of the role will be developing and growing a substantial HNW portfolio.

For the right person, there is a clear pathway towards building and leading a London-based team while benefiting from the growth they help create.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new High Net Worth business through personal networks and introducer relationships, creating significant earning potential.

• Develop relationships with introducers such as solicitors, accountants, private bankers, property professionals and other centres of influence to drive referrals. Introductions and support will be provided by the broker but it will be your responsibility to grow establish and grow these channels.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and High Net Worth clients, delivering exceptional service and long-term retention.

• Cross-sell into existing private health and broader private client relationships, maximising opportunities across the client base.

• Contribute to the firm's strategic growth plans in London, helping establish a stronger regional presence.

• Support future team growth initiatives and potentially develop a London-based team as the business expands.

Requirements:

• Proven success generating and converting High Net Worth insurance business.

• Strong network of introducers and professional connections within the affluent client market.

• Demonstrable track record of winning and retaining private client insurance accounts.

• Strong understanding of High Net Worth insurance products and client requirements.

• Commercially minded with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Ambition to contribute to the growth of a dynamic independent brokerage.
