What we're looking for:
- A strong and proven track record as a Home Manager within elderly care
- A history of delivering excellent quality and compliance outcomes (CQC Good or above)
- A genuine passion for creating outstanding resident experiences
- The ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- A commercially aware leader who understands occupancy, budgets, and performance
- Someone who thrives in a luxury, service-led environment and takes pride in standards
