We're recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-established residential care home in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity to join a home with a Good CQC rating across all five key areas, offering a supportive environment, a stable team and the chance to continue building on an already strong reputation for delivering high-quality care.
As Home Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance and operational performance. You'll lead and inspire your team while maintaining a positive culture centred around residents' wellbeing and person-centred care.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Home Manager within an elderly residential care home.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
- A proven track record of maintaining high standards and leading successful inspections.
- An approachable, supportive leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong occupancy, budget management and people management experience.
- Passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
