As a Scheduler at Specsavers, you'll be a key part of our Home Visits business. You'll make sure all clinic scheduling is completed for our Audiology Home Visits teams in the most effective, efficient way possible, and you'll always put the customers first. This role will involve using different scheduling systems, so confidence with using new systems is essential. You will be receiving incoming calls and making outbound calls, so an excellent telephone manner is a must. You will also be updating customer files, where attention to detail is key. Liaising with external parties is also part of the role, along with working closely with our Home Visits team, so confidence when dealing with people is essential. Your role will also involve some admin duties too.
You'll be surrounded and supported by an experienced team bringing care to the homes of the people who can't come into our stores.
Essentially, you'll be making a real difference here.

What we're looking for?
- Previous appointment setting or scheduling experience is essential
- An excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional time management skills, who can prioritise their workload and manage conflicting deadlines
- Confident using new systems and a good working knowledge of Office 365
