We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Manager to lead the delivery of premium hospitality services across matchdays, conferences, private events, and special occasions. The Opportunity

As Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering world-class hospitality experiences throughout the stadium. From sold-out matchdays to high-profile corporate events, you will lead operational excellence, inspire your team, and ensure every guest enjoys an experience that exceeds expectations.

Working closely with clients, operational teams, chefs, and key stakeholders, you will be instrumental in maintaining Levy's reputation for outstanding food, beverage, and service delivery while contributing to the Club's ambitious growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Delivery

  • Partner with clients, event organisers, and internal stakeholders to understand hospitality requirements and objectives.
  • Develop detailed operational plans that ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Coordinate with catering, facilities, AV, and operational teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Oversee all aspects of hospitality delivery from planning through to post-event evaluation.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire hospitality teams including supervisors, front-of-house staff, and casual colleagues.
  • Deliver engaging pre-event briefings that set clear expectations and service standards.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture built on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
  • Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development to build a best-in-class hospitality team.

Premium Food & Beverage Operations

  • Ensure consistently high standards across all food and beverage offerings.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to deliver innovative menus that meet guest expectations and dietary requirements.
  • Monitor stock management, inventory controls, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Champion continuous improvements in quality, presentation, and service delivery.

Guest Experience Excellence

  • Create memorable experiences that reflect the prestige of the Club and the Levy brand.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Tailor service approaches to suit a range of hospitality packages, audiences, and event types.
  • Drive a culture where exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do.

Financial Management

  • Manage hospitality budgets covering labour, stock, equipment, and operational expenditure.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Produce accurate reporting and support commercial decision-making.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
  • Ensure all venue and company policies are adhered to at all times.
  • Promote a safe working environment for colleagues, guests, and contractors.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and event stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships that enhance service delivery and long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure client expectations are not only met but consistently exceeded.

Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct post-event reviews to identify successes and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Stay ahead of hospitality trends, emerging technologies, and guest experience innovations.
  • Contribute ideas that elevate the Club's hospitality offering and support business growth.

About You

Experience

  • Proven success within hospitality, events, stadium operations, hotels, or premium venues.
  • Strong experience managing food and beverage operations in a customer-focused environment.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering exceptional service to premium and VIP clientele.

Leadership

  • A natural leader who can inspire, develop, and engage diverse teams.
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing colleagues to achieve high standards.
  • Confident leading large operational teams within fast-paced environments.
