Job Summary
- A private family is seeking a highly organised, detail orientated, experienced and proactive Live-out Housekeeper to assist with the smooth running and upkeep of their home.
- The role will involve maintaining high housekeeping standards across a large property and 6 smaller unoccupied properties.
- This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining immaculate standards, is self-motivated, and enjoys working independently as well as part of a team.
Job Specification
Housekeeping Duties
- Full housekeeping to a high standard
- Deep cleaning throughout the home
- Cleaning and maintaining carpeted areas
- Managing household organisation and presentation
- Laundry and ironing duties
- Ensuring the household remains clean, tidy, and well presented at all times
- Cooking duties including breakfast and lunches (usually for 2 persons) on a daily basis throughout the week
- Providing dog care and assistance when required
Household Support
- Supporting the smooth running of the home
- Working independently and managing workload efficiently
- Assisting with general household tasks as required
Candidate Specification
- Proven experience working within a private household
- Strong housekeeping and deep-cleaning experience
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Professional, discreet, and reliable
- Comfortable maintaining large properties to high standards
- Flexible and adaptable to changing family needs and schedules
- Physically capable of handling a busy, active role
