We are currently recruiting for a Housing Accommodation Officer to join a busy Temporary Accommodation Team supporting homeless households across Maidenhead and surrounding areas.
The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring temporary accommodation is safe, suitable, and well-managed, working closely with Housing Options and Resettlement teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and letting temporary accommodation for homeless households
- Supporting residents and ensuring properties remain safe and fit for purpose
- Conducting property inspections and managing tenancy issues
- Collecting accommodation charges and monitoring arrears
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to support residents
- Handling a busy and varied workload in a fast-paced environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in housing, property, or tenancy management
- Is confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Has strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Is comfortable dealing with residents and resolving issues
- Can work collaboratively across teams

- Must be a car owner with business use insurance
