HR Administrator – Redruth – Full time, Permanent £28k
Well Placed HR are working with a new client as they look to recruit an HR Administrator for their team.
This is a full time and permanent HR Administrator position to support the HR Manager in delivering an efficient and well-run HR function, overseeing the people function for a headcount of around 100.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate systems and records, supporting employees and managers, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of HR processes.
This is a varied, hands-on role in a busy operational setting, where being adaptable and detail-focused is essential.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide day-to-day HR administrative support
– Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
– Process timesheets and resolve discrepancies
– Support recruitment administration (offers, testing, coordination)
– Coordinate HR-related procurement (e.g. uniforms, equipment, ID cards)
– Support employee relations processes and take meeting minutes
– Assist with HR projects, policies, and compliance
About You
– 2–4 years’ HR administration experience
– Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
– Confident using HR systems and MS Office/Google Workspace
– Able to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Professional, discreet, and confident handling confidential information
– Strong communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach
