Human Resources Advisor

I’m partnering with a growing, multi-brand business to recruit a qualified HR Advisor into a pivotal role supporting over 1,000 employees.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for people-related queries and employee relations concerns.
- Monitor and support sickness absence management.
- Conduct exit interviews and support health questionnaire conversations.
- Address and support Access People XD system issues, updates, and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate people-related communication initiatives throughout the year.
- Provide professional expertise and guidance on HR policies and company procedures as required.
- Assist managers with the investigation of disciplinary and grievance cases as needed.
- Due to the geographical spread of our workforce, this role involves communication primarily via phone, MS Teams, and email, with occasional business travel required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous direct experience as an HR Advisor.
- CIPD qualified to Level 5.
- Effective self-starter with a can-do attitude and a curious mind.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with systems and reporting.
- A full driving license is beneficial though not essential.
