HR Advisor
Location: Telford / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £38,000 (pro rata)Contract: Fixed-term – 3 months

About the Role
As an Interim HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and operational HR support to managers and colleagues. You will manage a variety of employee relations cases while supporting ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional HR advice and guidance on a range of employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
- Support managers with case management, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policy
- Assist in the delivery of HR projects and organisational change initiatives
- Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
About You
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confident managing complex employee relations cases independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience desirable
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
