Reed Business Support in Maidstone is excited to be recruiting a Temporary HR Advisor to join a forward-thinking, values-led organisation on a 6-month assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a true generalist HR role, where you’ll play a key part in supporting both managers and employees and foster an inclusive and supportive environment.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance, driving best practice, and helping to create a positive and engaging employee experience.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Providing proactive HR advice and guidance, including support on policies and procedures
- Supporting the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and best practices
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring HR systems are kept up to date
- Coordinating recruitment activity, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and managing onboarding processes
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives aligned with wider business objectives
- Analysing HR data to identify trends and provide actionable, data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Building strong, effective working relationships with employees and managers across the organisation
- Supporting disciplinary, grievance, and capability processes in line with company policy
