Human Resources Advisor
- Annual Salary: £35,000 – £37,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their team in Horsham.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for people-related queries and employee relations concerns.
- Monitor sickness absence and provide necessary support to employees.
- Conduct exit interviews and health questionnaire conversations to gather insights and improve practices.
- Manage and support the Access People XD system, including issues resolution, updates, and reporting.
- Facilitate people-related communication initiatives throughout the year.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Support disciplinary and grievance investigations, ensuring fair and consistent handling of all cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude and a curious mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in using systems and generating reports.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
