Description
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
- Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
- Contribute to training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and talent reviews.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver projects and initiatives effectively.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Qualifications
- CIPD Associate (or equivalent experience) with up-to-date employment law knowledge
- Evidence of ongoing CPD
Skills & Experience
- Proven HR generalist/advisory experience with strong employment law knowledge
- Confident managing employee relations cases
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Discreet, professional and approachable with a commercial mindset
- IT literate across Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Proactive and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to continuous improvement and development
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum (DOE) + additional benefits
