HR Assistant
- Annual Salary: £25,500 – £27,000 (FTE)

- Job Type: Permanent, Term Time Only + 10 Days
- Working Hours: 35 hours per week, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Assistant to join our team at a diverse educational institution who work with children with special educational needs, based in Liverpool. This role is essential for managing HR activities for over 150 permanent and agency staff and offers a great opportunity for career progression, including support for CIPD certification for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment processes, manage probationary reviews, and handle low-level absences.
- Efficiently coordinate HR operations for both permanent and agency staff, including conducting agency inductions.
- Participate in morning transport duties and assist with student management.
- Maintain high levels of organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage with children in a supportive manner and assist in ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Proven HR or recruitment experience is essential.
- Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient demeanor.
- Openness to engage in restrictive physical intervention protocols as needed.
