This role provides strategic and hands on HR leadership to ensure the site meets its cost, quality, safety, delivery and people objectives.

Job Description
- Strategic Leadership: Act as a senior business partner within the leadership team, driving decisions that impact financial outcomes, P&L and operational performance, with a focus on cost efficiency, labour utilisation, and workforce planning.
- Workforce Strategy and Planning: Develop and manage manpower plans aligned with customer needs and seasonal changes; optimise labour use and reduce turnover while developing future leaders.
- Employee Relations Management: Lead and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance, consistency, and managing risks while proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Talent Development and Succession Planning: Support the growth of team leaders and technicians, fostering a performance-driven culture with clear expectations, accountability, and leadership development opportunities.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Well versed carrying out a HR Manager/BP role or similar
- Experience working with senior operational leaders and influencing cross-functional decisions.
- CIPD Level 7 qualified
