Site HR Business Partner

At Müller, we’re passionate about creating a better dairy future and bringing people together to achieve great things. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment to drive performance, engagement and wellbeing across site.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, diagnosing people priorities and delivering impactful people plans
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change, recruitment and colleague development
- Use HR data and insights to drive decisions and improve performance and KPIs
- Lead workforce planning including organisation design, talent planning and succession
- Champion engagement, wellbeing and a positive, inclusive culture across site
- Build strong relationships with trade union representatives and support effective industrial relations

Lead, coach and develop a small HR team
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards while identifying and managing risks
What we’re looking for
- Proven HR expertise with strong knowledge of employment law and HR metrics
- Experience working in a unionised environment with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing or developing a small team
- Experience in workforce planning, organisation design and driving change
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn insight into action
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and influence stakeholders
