HR Business Partner
- Location: Southampton, with travel to other sites.

- Salary: £46,000 – £47,500
Join our client as a HR Business Partner to support the implementation of HR processes and policies, ensuring effective operational support across the organisation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct colleague onboarding and oversee recruitment processes, including managing recruitment events and minimising agency spend.
- Provide HR case guidance, support disciplinary and consultation procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
- Promote a performance management culture, assisting managers with the performance of their teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, maintain HR documentation, and ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and adhered to.
- Develop and implement engagement, wellness, and employee relations initiatives.
- Travel to various locations to provide direct support to managers on HR matters, ensuring a consistent approach across all sites.
- Monitor HR metrics and contribute to management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission of statutory reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role or equivalent.
- CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent. (not essential)
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Full, clean driving licence.
