Our client, based in North London, is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a permanent contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. This is a full time role (35 hrs per week) and is paying an annual salary of £50,000.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the retail industry.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Acting as a HR Business Partner, supporting the retail side of business
- Providing HR Support to roughly 100 small independent supermarkets across the country
- Supporting and providing guidance regarding TUPE transfers and business re-structures
- Managing a variety of employee relations cases including absence issues, policy violations, organisational changes and more
- Working with Assistant Business Partners, providing support and guidance
Experience required:
- Experience required in retail industry
- Experience with TUPEs/organisational change
Working hours:
- 35 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible)
