HR Business Partner

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our friendly, forward-thinking team, supporting campuses across the UK and Ireland. This is a genuinely exciting time to join OneSchool Global. We are evolving our people practices, introducing new processes and procedures, and driving forward a progressive, change-oriented HR function. You will play a key role in shaping and embedding this approach across a multi-site organisation. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is open to new ways of working, and enjoys building strong, effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Location and Travel

This is a hybrid position requiring regular travel 2–3 days per week, dictated by business need. Travel will include:

  • Head Office (currently Warwick, relocating to Coventry in 2026)

Campuses across:

  • Northampton
  • Wales
  • Scotland
  • Northern Ireland

Travel is an essential part of the role, enabling you to build relationships, support leaders on-site, and deliver an effective HR service across the UK region.

What you’ll do

  • Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability
  • Provide hands-on HR support to leaders across multiple campuses
  • Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Coach and guide managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice
  • Support organisational change, including restructures and key HR projects
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of new HR processes and ways of working
  • Regularly attend sites to support casework, engagement and relationship management

What we’re looking for

  • A strong generalist HR background with proven employee relations expertise
  • Experience working across multiple sites or regions
  • A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • A dynamic, proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • A forward-thinking mindset, open to change and continuous improvement
  • Ability to build effective working relationships quickly
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
