HR Business Partner – Transformation & Change

Loom Talent are partnering with a market-leading brand who are going through a significant tech focussed transformation journey, and are looking for a HR Business Partner to head up that project.
This is a high-impact role partnering with the AI transformation team, relevant business unit and wider HR team to help reshape the way they do things following the implementation of various tech focussed initiatives. It's a fast-paced, complex environment where you'll play a key role in driving organisational change and enhancing capability across the business.
The role is a true mix of strategic and hands-on partnering, with a strong focus on transformation and organisational design:
- Partner with Heads of Function and Exec-level stakeholders to deliver people plans aligned to the transformation agenda
- Lead on organisational design activity including role re-purposing, realignment and structure changes
- Support business-wide transformation initiatives linked to capability enhancement
- Own and deliver org charts and structural planning across business areas
- Manage change activity supporting the business from both an operational and cultural perspective
- Drive succession planning, talent mapping and development to support future capability and retention
- Work as part of the wider transformation team to embed new ways of working
What we are looking for:
- Experience operating in a People Partner/HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced, complex organisation
- Strong background in transformation, organisational design and development
- Experience leading and delivering large-scale change initiatives, maybe as a contractor
- Interest in AI and tech and how it can shape organisations and ways of working
- Resilient and comfortable in a high pace, evolving environment
