HR Consultant, Birmingham, £47,500+ (DOE), Previous experience required – We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join a growing HR Consultancy team. JOB REF: 3980.
• This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team, working with clients across a broad range of sectors while contributing to the continued growth of our HR Consultancy service. • Working closely with Employment Law solicitors, you will provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to a wide range of clients across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. • The role offers a varied workload including employee relations matters, workplace investigations, organisational change projects, HR documentation, training delivery and client support. • Previous consultancy or professional services experience would be advantageous, together with a CIPD Level 5 qualification or above. • Competitive remuneration package on offer • Excellent career progression opportunities
