HR Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Location: Hybrid Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible start times of 8:00am–4:00pm or 8:30am–4:30pm) Hybrid: 1 day working from home per week Contract: Temporary cover during a holiday/sickness period Start Date: ASAP
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to provide essential support to a busy HR team during a period of increased workload. Working closely with HR Business Partners, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all HR administration activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can quickly become a valued member of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing employee starters and leavers through Workday
- Issuing contracts of employment and associated documentation
- Completing employment and right to work checks
- Maintaining and updating HR trackers and spreadsheets
- Running and distributing management reports
- Supporting the HR Business Partners with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date
- Providing general HR administration support across the employee lifecycle
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Coordinator role
- Strong working knowledge of Workday is essential
- Confident using Excel and maintaining reporting trackers
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to manage a busy and varied workload
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Available to start at short notice
