HR Generalist, Leeds (Hybrid Working), £35,000 Per Annum
Macmillan Davies are proud to be partnering with a leading international professional services firm to recruit an HR Generalist to join their HR Business Partnering team in Leeds. Supporting employees across several European offices, this is a broad generalist role offering exposure to international HR, employee relations and business partnering within a highly environment.
Main duties include:
- Providing generalist HR support across UK and European offices.
- Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance.
- Supporting recruitment and secondments.
- Managing parental leave, flexible working and employee lifecycle processes.
- Supporting performance reviews, promotions and salary review processes.
- Producing HR reports and management information.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to HR projects.
- Developing knowledge of employment legislation across multiple European jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous generalist HR experience, ideally within professional services.
- Part or fully CIPD qualified (desirable).
- Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
