Neptune North, a joint venture between Oliver Wyman and Rokos Capital Management, is a fast-growing technology firm delivering bespoke solutions across financial services, private capital and defence. With headquarters in Newcastle and a growing international presence, we’re building a high-calibre team driven by collaboration, curiosity and innovation.
We’re now looking for an ambitious HR Graduate to join our Early Careers team, supporting the attraction, recruitment and development of our future talent.
The Role
This is a highly visible, people-focused position where you’ll play a key role in shaping the graduate and intern experience. Working closely with senior stakeholders, universities and candidates, you’ll support everything from campus engagement to programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deliver campus events, careers fairs and virtual engagement activity
- Coordinate university partnerships, logistics and event planning
- Manage candidate communications and application tracking through the recruitment process
- Organise interviews, assessment centres and selection activities
- Support onboarding and day-to-day delivery of graduate and internship programmes
- Act as a key point of contact for interns and graduates, ensuring a positive experience
- Track programme data, feedback and reporting to support continuous improvement
The Person
About You
- Graduate with a strong academic background (ideally 2:1 or above)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A genuine interest in people, HR and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
- Previous experience in events, recruitment or student engagement is advantageous
