- Salary: £25.64 – £28.21 per hour
- Contract Type: Ongoing temporary contract
Join our client as an Interim HR Manager and supports the business objectives and promote best practices across the HR function.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex employee relations matters including disciplinaries and performance issues.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law.
- Analyse HR metrics and report findings to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
