We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for an interim or temporary assignment in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to lead and support a well-established organisation during a crucial period of change and growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day HR function.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
- Support senior stakeholders with strategic HR initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Ensure policies and procedures are compliant and up to date.
- Drive engagement and support organisational change projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating at HR Manager level.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and confident case management experience.
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
- Available at short notice / immediately.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
