A leading insurer is undertaking a significant transformation programme across its UK business, covering organisational redesign, workforce restructuring, and a range of transaction-related HR activity. They're looking for a senior HR Transformation Business Partner to lead the people workstream through this period, working closely with Exec and senior leadership stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the people workstream across a large-scale transformation programme, including workforce impact assessment and organisational design
- Manage end-to-end collective and individual consultation processes, including materials, briefings and employee representative engagement
- Provide specialist TUPE advice and support across transaction and divestment activity
- Develop change communication and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Produce Exec and Steering Committee reporting, tracking milestones and risk
What we're looking for
- Proven experience leading HR workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong, current TUPE and transaction-related HR experience
- Track record running collective consultation exercises end-to-end
- Advanced UK employment law and employee relations expertise, credible at senior/Exec level
- Financial Services or Insurance background strongly preferred
