HR Business Partner

Hirwaun, South Wales (Hybrid Working)

£50,000 – £60,000 + Benefits

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Director to join our international manufacturing business and lead HR activity across our UK operation while supporting wider European teams. Reporting to the CHRO, you'll combine strategic HR partnership with hands-on delivery across recruitment, employee relations, performance, compliance and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Provide expert support on employee relations, performance management and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR policies.
  • Drive culture, change and learning initiatives across the business.
  • Deliver HR reporting, process improvements and global HR projects.

About You

  • 5+ years' HR experience in a Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience with international teams, HR systems, change initiatives or AI-enabled HR tools would be advantageous.
