HR Administrator
Location: Dorset
Salary: £20,350 per annum
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Part Time (30 hours per week (preferably Monday to Friday 0900hrs to 1530hrs although flexibility may be available)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join their HR team at the company. Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, the HR Administrator will support the delivery of a professional and effective human resources service across the School.
The role will focus on HR related administration, updating and maintaining HR records and systems, and supporting colleagues across a range of HR activities. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with safeguarding and employment legislation, while helping to create a positive experience for new and existing staff.
Applicants should have previous administrative experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a high standard of written English. A proactive approach, professional discretion, and the ability to build strong working relationships are essential. Experience of working in HR, in the education sector, or with HR systems (such as recruitment or database platforms) would be an advantage.
This is a part-time position, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1530 (with 30 minute unpaid for lunch). Some flexibility in hours may be available for the right candidate. Please note this is not a term-time only role.
