Description
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding procedures to ensure new employees have a seamless start.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees.
- Work closely with payroll and ensure accurate data submission for salary processing.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication strategies.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support HR decision-making.
Profile
A successful Human Resources Coordinator should have:
- Previous experience as a Human Resources coordinator or HR advisor within the FMCG or related industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in using HR management software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
