My client are currently looking to recruit a Nightshift Production Manager to join their site in North Lanarkshire.
You will be working with an extremely successful and well established Scottish FMCG company, that are going through a continued period of development and investment. If you are looking for a company where you can develop your managerial skills, then this could be the role for you!
As Hygiene Manager, you'll be a key player in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment during the nightshift.
Shift pattern:
4 on 4 off / nightshift / 6pm – 6am
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting the night hygiene team
- Conducting regular hygiene audits and inspections to maintain high standards
- Collaborating with production and quality teams to promptly address any issues
- Keeping up to date with best practices and helping to implement improvements
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety legislation and hygiene protocols
- 5+ years of experience in hygiene management within a food manufacturing environment
- Experience managing large teams with the ability to motivate and develop a team
