Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a Financial Planning firm in Cardiff.
Our client is an independent financial planning firm, who specialise in offering advice to clients across Cardiff. As their office and client base continues to grow, they are looking to bring on an administrator to join the back office team. There is ample opportunity to progress your career within the industry too, so regardless what you are looking for, this could be the perfect role for you!
Duties:
- Supporting the advisers in preparing for annual reviews and new business
- Putting together new business packs
- Supporting with valuations and quotations
- Updating the back office system
- General administration e.g. scanning, filing, answering the phone, greeting clients

Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in financial services e.g. IFA, banking, restricted advice
- Strong understanding of the financial planning process
- Good communication and IT skills
