Meraki Talent are looking for a highly organised and detail oriented IFA Administrator to join a growing financial planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial services administration who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and supporting advisers in a fast-paced environment.
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the business, providing administrative support throughout the client journey and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to team of Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
- Prepare client documentation, reports and meeting packs.
- Process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection.
- Liaise with clients, providers and third parties to obtain information and progress cases.
- Manage client records and maintain accurate information on the CRM system.
- Monitor business pipelines and follow up outstanding requirements.
- Process fund switches, withdrawals, ISA transfers and pension transfers.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Handle client enquiries professionally via telephone and email.
- Support the team with general office administration and diary management where required.
You should have gained previous experience in an IFA, wealth management or financial planning administration role, where you have strong organisational and time management skills. It is essential you have first class written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy. Confident using Microsoft Office and Intelligent Office.
