Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide targeted support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) in various educational settings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Support the emotional, social, and academic development of pupils through tailored interventions and activities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student well-being and progress.
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or young people; SEN experience is desirable but not essential.
- A patient, caring, and adaptable nature to effectively support diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with educational teams and families.
- A commitment to the educational success and overall well-being of children.
