In-house Commercial Lawyer (Part-time – 3 Days Per Week)
12 Month fixed term contract
Warwickshire (on site role)
£50K – £60K (Full time equivalent)
3+ PQE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded lawyer to join a well-established and highly respected UK business in a part-time, in-house role based in Warwickshire. This position offers varied and interesting work across a broad commercial remit, including:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Advising on day-to-day legal and business matters
- Supporting with a range of dispute and contentious issues
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
The role would suit a lawyer with around 3+ years’ PQE, ideally with some prior in-house experience, although candidates moving from private practice with strong commercial exposure will also be considered. It may particularly appeal to:
- A senior lawyer seeking a better work/life balance
- Someone returning to the profession after a career break
- An experienced commercial lawyer looking for a high-quality part-time opportunit
The successful candidate will be pragmatic, approachable and commercially focused, with the confidence to work autonomously while becoming a trusted adviser to the business. This is a fixed term contract role (12 months) on-site part time role.
