This long established and highly regarded property development company in south London/Surrey is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join its in-house legal team.
You will work alongside highly regarded solicitors and lawyers, with backgrounds in Legal 500 private practices, who are now benefiting from the atmosphere and support of working in-house.

You will have the following background:
– Managing a caseload of plot sales/new build matters for 2 years or more.
– Private practice or in-house.
– Qualified as a solicitor, legal executive (CILEX/FILEX) or licensed conveyancer would be a benefit. Non-qualified fee-earners will be considered too and support offered for qualification if desired.
Your workload will include:
– Managing plot sales from instruction to completion.
– Liaising with the in-house sales, commercial and management teams.
