Insight Manager (Brand & Consumer Research)
Central London (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

The Opportunity
We're partnering with a leading media agency looking for an Insight Manager to lead brand tracking and ad-hoc research programmes.
This is a client-facing role where you'll manage projects from design through to delivery, uncover meaningful consumer and market insights, and help brands make smarter strategic decisions. You'll combine strong quantitative research expertise with storytelling and consultancy skills to drive real commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand tracking, campaign evaluation, and brand health research projects
- Manage end-to-end quantitative research programmes
- Design questionnaires, discussion guides, and research proposals
- Analyse data and transform findings into compelling narratives
- Present insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support thought leadership and new business initiatives
- Introduce innovative research methodologies and best practices
- Contribute to a data-driven culture across the wider business
What We're Looking For
- Strong quantitative research experience gained in agency, research, or client-side environments
- Experience managing brand tracking and continuous research programmes
- Proven client management and project delivery skills
- Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and communications
- Experience using statistical analysis and data visualisation tools
- Excellent proposal writing and questionnaire design skills
- Strong storytelling and presentation abilities
- Curious, analytical mindset with commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
