We are currently assisting a well respected and leading Corporate Rescue and Recovery practice who is currently looking to recruit for an experienced Insolvency Administrator | Insolvency Case Administrator.
This is a great opportunity for someone to develop a strong career within a well respected and growing Insolvency Practice at an incredibly exciting time.
The main duties to include
- Manage your own portfolio of corporate cases inception to closure casework will predominantly be CVL's and Administrations.
- Complete investigations into financial affairs, recover assets, and report to creditors and regulators.
- Ensure all casework is completed in a timely manner and is fully compliant to insolvency legislation.
- Liaise with stakeholders such as creditors, directors, solicitors, and financial institutions
- Assist and support junior team members when required.
- Assist and support management team and IP's with complex cases when required.
Skills & requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years’ corporate insolvency experience
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of IPS (or similar case management systems) and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Interested in pursuing or have completed CPI or equivalent qualification
