An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Solicitor to join a the highly regarded Dispute Resolution team of this Legal 100 firm in London.
You will manage a varied caseload of insolvency litigation matters, advising and representing company directors in claims involving breach of duty, director misconduct, director's loan accounts, preferences and transactions at an undervalue. The role will also involve handling shareholder disputes and wider commercial litigation matters.
You will have:
- Experience handling insolvency litigation matters
- Strong commercial disputes experience
- A background advising company directors and shareholders
- Excellent organisational and client management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
