MERJE are working with a General Insurance client, looking for an Insurance & Financial Risk Manager to join their Risk function.
You will bring technical expertise across Pricing and Reserving and contribute towards key risk and strategy deliverables, providing oversight and assurance.
This opportunity will also allow for you to lead projects and liaise with senior stakeholders across the Risk, Underwriting, Finance and Actuarial functions. It's a great blend of line 1 and line 2 risk management.
What we're looking for?
- Technical capability across Pricing and Reserving, ideally within General Insurance.
- General Insurance Risk and/or Actuarial background – Actuarial qualification isn't essential. Working alongside Actuarial function is beneficial.
- Strong people collaborative skills to adapt to an agile way of working
This role offers great flexibility to work largely from home, but also be supported by colleagues in the Risk function.
