Our leading client are seeking a motivated Intellectual Property Paralegal to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
What experience will you need? Ideally, you’ll have at least 2 years’ experience working within a busy patent department. You should be experienced in carrying out all aspects of patent administration work and confident in providing high quality support to Fee Earners. A CIPA qualification would be highly beneficial. However, this may not be a dealbreaker.
Duties:
- Preparing and filing patent forms.
- Monitoring deadlines.
- Maintaining accurate patent records.
- Diary management.
- Preparing correspondence.
