We are using Restorative Practice and Family Safeguarding as the basis of our Family Help arrangements, and are now expanding our Family Help teams to include alternatively qualified lead family help practitioners, recognising the value of diversity in our workforce and the experience and skills they bring to change work with families.

We are recruiting practitioners to work during a standard working day, and also a team of practitioners to work flexibly between 5 and 10pm on weekdays and 5pm-8pm at the weekend to provide support and intervention to families at the times they need.
