About The Role
The position of Credit Control & Credit Manager is a highly autonomous and extremely diverse position with the key components including
- Ownership of credit control and credit management function
- People Leadership – hiring, training, development & performance
- Ownership of financial controls, reporting, risk, governance & compliance
- Leading on change and transformation projects including process improvement initiatives
- Leading on AI, automation and systems projects
- Business partnering with senior and non-financial stakeholders including aligning financial implications to strategic objectives
