Description
- Maintain and optimise financial systems to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and workflows.
- Provide technical support for financial software and resolve system-related issues.
- Develop and deliver user training for financial systems and tools.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and data analysis for stakeholders.
- Support system upgrades and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor and enforce data integrity and security protocols.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
Profile
A successful Systems Accountant should have:
- A strong background in accounting and financial systems management within the not-for-profit sector.
- QBE/PQ or Qualified
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining accounting software solutions.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of best practices in financial compliance and data security.
Job Offer
- Competitive daily rate of £400-650 DOE – likely to be outside IR35.
