We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance Business Partnering to lead and enhance our finance partnering capability during a critical transformation period. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving commercial insight, strengthening financial decision-making, and embedding best-in-class business partnering across the organisation.

Description
- Lead, develop, and mentor the Finance Business Partnering team
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making and performance improvement
- Deliver high-quality financial insight, analysis, and reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Drive consistency and best practice across partnering activities
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational leadership teams
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve financial performance
- Lead financial support for transformation, investment cases, and strategic projects
Profile
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience operating at senior finance leadership level
- Strong background in finance business partnering within a complex organisation
- Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Commercially astute with strong analytical capability
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced interim environment
- Experience in transformation or change programmes is highly desirable
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £100,000 to £110,000 per annum.
- 6-9 month role
- Hybrid role – 1 day a week onsite
