Interim HR Advisor
Hybrid- 2-3 days per week from office
London City
£26-35 per hour inside scope
Our media client are looking to hire a temp advisor – just for July and August to help with some volume restructuring and redundancy work.You will manage the end to end redundancy consultation process and engage with employees, reps and managers with empathy, professionalism and clarity.This role involves attending one-on-one meetings, taking notes, generating letters and manager briefings, and handling other generalist Advisor work.
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have a proven background of working as an HR Advisor within a commercial business where you will have managed a range of restructure and redundancy activity. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and can commit to working throughout July and August in a hybrid manner from the London office.
