Description

An Interim HR Policy Project Lead to:

  • Key focus is on project management and HR policy development
  • Develop a project plan and liaise with stakeholders and the SLT to gather data and information to review and update policies
  • Develop a policy framework
  • Partner with the organisation to gather information
  • Develop and update existing and new HR policies in line with the employment rights legislation changes
  • Support with trade union consultations and negotiations

Profile

An Interim HR Policy Project Lead must have:

  • Experience in developing project plans or managing projects
  • Experience in reviewing and developing HR Policies
  • Experience working in a trade union environment
  • Experience working in NFP or public sector environments
  • Able to start at short notice
