This is a temporary opportunity for an experienced Interim Legal Counsel to support with the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.

Description
The Interim Legal Counsel will hold the following responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
- Work closely with sales teams for the set up of new customer contracts.
- Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage and mitigate potential legal risks for the business.
- Support on intellectual property matters and data protection issues.
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
Profile
A successful Interim Legal Counsel should have the following skills and experience:
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and commercial law.
- Experience of working closely with sales teams and customer contracts
- Previous experience of working within software, Technology, AI etc would be beneficial
- Knowledge of intellectual property and data protection regulations.
