Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support management decisions.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.
- Support audits and liaise with external stakeholders as required.
Profile
A successful Confidential Interim Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or Qualified By Experience
- Proven experience in accounting and finance within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical skills with financial systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
Job Offer
- Competitive rate between £40, 000 – £45,000, depending on experience.
