Key Responsibilities
- Monthly management accounts preparation in accordance with reporting deadlines (including, accruals and prepayments etc)
- P&L variance analysis against budget and forecast
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- VAT return preparation and reconciliation
- R&D tax credit claim support
- Support the year-end audit process and tax requirements
- Prepare weekly cashflow forecasts, analysis and reports
- Perform monthly stock accounting and analysis
- Support annual stock take processes
Qualifications and Experience
- Part-qualified/ qualified/ QBE accountant
- Experience preparing monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations
- Advanced systems and Excel skills (XLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables etc)
- Manufacturing and stock accounting experience
- Experience of using SAGE
